Overview
CM Labs Master Simulator delivers a highly immersive training experience designed to develop operator readiness. A motion platform provides realistic machine feedback and true-to-life handling, while a wide angle, 10-screen visual system provides an expanded field of view for crane and equipment training across quayside and yardside port workflows. Hot-swap controls and flexible configurations provide a complete solution for training and cross-skilling novice operators, trainees, and experienced staff.
Simulator Features
The Master Simulator is built to adapt to a wide range of port equipment training needs. interchangeable, industry-standard control setups swap in quickly to match real machine interfaces, creating an immersive experience that provides operators with expanded view angles similar to a real machine. Professional-grade operator seat and controls recreate authentic ergonomics, helping trainees develop correct hand-eye coordination and operating habits that translate directly to the field. Custom configurations are available for organizations with specialized requirements.
Training is enhanced through multisensory feedback that extends beyond the visual. The motion platform reproduces machine movement and vibration, while integrated audio delivers accurate equipment and environmental sound cues. Together, these elements allow trainees to experience realistic port scenarios in a controlled setting and build safe, transferable skills.
Designed as an all-in-one training platform, the Master Simulator combines durable hardware with CM Labs proprietary core technology to support a broad simulation curriculum.
