The CM Labs Summit Simulator (previously known as the Full Mission Simulator) delivers an immersive, cabin-style training environment for port equipment operations. With eight 4K displays, integrated sound, and an advanced motion platform, it replicates real-world conditions. Authentic, swappable operator controls and Intellia training management supports structured skill development, with configurations tailored to your unique requirements.
Simulator Features
The Summit Simulator features an enclosed cabin with large-format visuals, realistic audio, and modular, industry-standard controls. Designed to mirror the controls found in real port terminal equipment, these controls support direct knowledge transfer from simulation to live machine operation. Their modular design allows configurations to be swapped quickly and easily, enabling training across multiple equipment types without replacing the core system.
The entire cabin is mounted on an advanced three degrees of freedom (3DoF) motion platform that delivers realistic pitch, surge and sway cues aligned with real equipment behavior. Combined with high-fidelity visuals and authentic controls, this physical feedback reinforces proper operating techniques and strengthens spatial awareness, timing, and decision-making skills for complex maneuvers. The platform supports a broad range of equipment training, with the flexibility to accommodate customized configurations and scenarios.
Built as an all-in-one training solution, the Summit Simulator combines durable hardware with CM Labs’ proprietary core simulation technology. With Intellia Workforce Training System, trainers can manage scenarios, adjust operating conditions, inject faults, and monitor performance in real time.
