The CM Labs Edge Plus simulator is a portable, easy-to-set-up solution that lets organizations use the full range of heavy equipment curriculum products anywhere. It supports classroom learning, on-the-go training, and quick operator skill assessments. Its compact design also makes it an effective hands-on tool for attracting talent at job fairs and career events.

Simulator Features

The Edge Plus simulator is a complete training solution capable of running CM Labs’ full suite of heavy equipment curriculum products. It can be paired with Intellia Instructor for guided training sessions, allowing trainers to adjust weather conditions, inject faults, build learning paths, monitor multiple trainees, and generate progress reports. The system also links with other CM Labs simulators and the Signal Person Station for collaborative crew training.

Powered by engineering-grade simulation technology, the Edge Plus delivers true-to-life machine behavior while its lightweight design supports easy transport and rapid setup. From pedals and operator controls to the steering wheel, monitor, and workstation-class laptop, all components can be transported in convenient carrying cases and ergonomically positioned for optimal trainee comfort. It’s the ideal tool for on-the-go learning and even allows equipment operators to train or cross-skill from their own homes.
